The Planned Early Access Date
The official Steam store page lists October 30, 2026 as the planned Early Access date. At the time of our check, Steam still labelled the game as coming soon. The GOG listing shows the same calendar date.
The developer's press kit lists October 2026 as the release window. That supports the month, while Steam and GOG supply the exact day. Some generic countdown sites showed October 29, but that conflicts with the official stores, so we ignore it.
Early Access Is Not 1.0
Early Access means the game is playable while development continues. Features, balance and content can change during that period. It is not the same as a finished 1.0 launch.
No final 1.0 date has been announced in the sources we checked. A fixed length for Early Access has not been stated either. We will update this page if the developer announces one.
The Demo Has Its Own Date
The Golden Caravan Demo was released on Steam on November 25, 2025. It is a separate store entry and free to play. Its release is not the release of the main game.
The Demo advertises two casino floors, more than 30 trinkets, more than ten weapons and three progression shops. Those counts apply only to the Demo. The Steam Demo page currently lists English as its language.
Platforms
The Steam store lists Windows and macOS for the full game. GOG also carries the game. No console or mobile release date has been confirmed.
A July 2026 developer post mentioned TestFlight while describing card manipulation. That does not establish an App Store launch. We will not list any platform without an official store page or announcement.
Developer, Publisher and Languages
The Golden Caravan is developed by Bigfoot Gaming and published by Pixel Doors. It is a single-player poker combat roguelite. Its Art Deco style draws on the 1930s.
The main game's Steam page lists English, Spanish, German and French. The Demo page lists English only. Check the store page for the latest language support before buying.
What Was Tested Before Launch
Development included several public tests. The developer ran a PC, Mac and web playtest in July 2026. A Steam playtest announced on September 9, 2026 ran until September 16.
That September test added pre-run loadouts, outfits, reworked relics and seeded routes. Some of those systems may appear in Early Access in a changed form. Our outfits and relics pages track what is confirmed.

Wishlisting and Following News
Following the game on Steam is the simplest way to get release news. The Steam Community hub carries official announcements. The developer's itch.io page also posts devlogs.
For trailers, the official Bigfoot YouTube channel carries the game's trailer. You can also watch it on this page. We will update this page when the release status changes.
Early Access Price and Editions
No price was confirmed at our check on October 29, 2026. The Steam and GOG store pages will show the price in your region when the game becomes available. We will not list a price until it appears on an official store.
No special editions or bundles were confirmed in the sources we checked. Check the store pages on launch day for any offers. The free Demo remains a separate download.
Will the Demo Stay Available?
The sources we checked do not say whether the Demo will remain available after Early Access starts. At the time of our check, it was listed on Steam as a free download. Its counts describe the Demo only.
If you want to try the game before buying, the Demo is the safest way. Check its Steam page for current availability. Our beginner guide explains how to start.
